I can’t be the only one who wishes we got to see more of will and alyss’s relationship later on Fast forward to the royal ranger we learned that they married but alyss had died I for one want/need to see more of their epic love story. About alyss.now i know that basically, newer characters are stronger than older characters, however i really like alyss' combat style as much as or more than ling han's and how she uses kicks and creates a field with her skill I use a flame team, but i also like frost (i've built yulan already, and fiona for yulan). If you are going the frigg/alyss/saki route, then it becomes easier Alyss’ death was one of the worst mistakes that john flanagan made It came out of nowhere (mind you, will’s and alyss’s wedding happened towards the end of book 11 and she was randomly dead in book 12) She was probably the character that had the most influence on will except for halt, and she didn’t even deserve to get an on screen death
A1 alyss is pretty much the requirement for meta frost comp And while i loved alyss as a character it wasn't really that heavy of an impact because we didn't have much time spent with her Had he made her a more reoccurring character the impact would've been heavier.
